We’ve officially reached the halfway point of the year — one of my favorite moments to step back, zoom out, and look at the business with fresh eyes. Mid‑year planning isn’t just about setting new goals; it’s about realigning with what matters, refining what’s working, and letting go of anything that no longer serves the mission.
Over the past week, I reviewed our systems, client experience, content strategy, and operational flow. Here’s where I’m focusing for the next six months:
1. Elevating the Client Experience
From onboarding to delivery, I’m tightening workflows and enhancing touchpoints, so every client feels supported, seen, and guided from day one.
2. Expanding Group Programs
Group work continues to be one of the most impactful parts of the business. I’m leaning into what’s working and creating more opportunities for community‑driven transformation.
3. Streamlining Operations
This season is about simplicity — cleaner systems, better delegation to my VA
/OBM, and removing anything that creates unnecessary friction. (Click the link above to schedule a consult)
4. Increasing Visibility
More speaking engagements, more strategic content, and more collaborations that align with the mission and expand our reach.
5. Protecting My Time
A business should support your life, not consume it. I’m prioritizing boundaries, rest, and intentional scheduling so I can show up at my best.
The next six months are about alignment, efficiency, and impact — and I’m excited for what’s ahead. If you’re setting your own half‑year goals, consider the one shift that would make the biggest difference for you right now
